Chris B2B has completed interim Commercial Director assignments at Southern Water during a critical period of strategic change, at Viridor during a £1.5bn capital programme to shift from legacy landfill to a waste-to-energy business, and at Castle Water following a major acquisition. 
Interim Director roles have involved "standing-up" a Commercial Directorate, leading the function through business change, SAP system programme implementation, strategic contract bidding, creation of a central procurement activity, regulatory contract input and oversight, enhanced energy risk management processes, commercial contract disputes, innovation and non-core revenue, asset delivery partnerships with supply chain refresh.

Chris was able to identify and successfully introduce other interim appointments from his personal network to provide the necessary impetus and expertise whilst assisting the client to recruit long term appointees - including his successors.
